This includes Intellectual Property, Contracts (excluding research-related ones), Data Protection, and legal support for all LSHTM’s global activities. No two days will be the same for the post-holder.You will hold a higher education in Law to degree level along with professional qualification in law (e.g. LPC, BVC, SQE, international equivalent). Previous experience of working as a legal or contracts professional, paralegal or legal assistant, or providing support to a legal and/or compliance team, e.g. at a firm of solicitors, with an in-house legal team, and/or at a Citizens Advice Bureau/law clinic is essential. All duties are delivered on site. The Assistant Archivist manages the Archives Assistant, and occasional volunteers and placement students working within Archives & Records Management This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience across a number of responsibilities in a wide-ranging role.The post holder manages the Archive Search Room, trains staff and volunteers, oversees enquiries and appointments and the administration of associated records, and promotes the archives. The Assistant Archivist appraises and catalogues archive collections and ensures their long term preservation, maintains LSHTM’s image repository and assists in the operation of LSHTM’s records management service.You will hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in archive administration with proven experience of working in an archives environment and of sorting, appraising and cataloguing collections, and demonstrable knowledge of international standards in archival description and of best practice and innovation in the archives profession. It is a global evidence platform accelerating actions towards equitable and just food systems for nutrition and health, whilst confronting climate change and protecting nature, through interdisciplinary research, capability sharing and collaboration.The ANH Academy Manager will oversee delivery of activities across the Science-Policy Platform, supporting strategic implementation under the ANH Academy Director of Network, Partnerships and Impact’s leadership. Key responsibilities include growing the global network, organising hybrid international conferences, coordinating training and capacity sharing, managing communications and media, and facilitating science-policy dialogues.
