We are now looking to add a Sales & Customer Service Executive to our driven and supportive team.

The Role
This role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to order processing and invoicing. You will liaise closely with customers, the production team, and fitters to ensure accurate information, smooth communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The position is predominantly remote, with occasional office attendance for training, development, and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Processing sales orders and preparing customer quotations
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
• Ensuring accurate order information is communicated to the production team
• Managing the process from order receipt through to invoicing
• Booking and organising the fitters’ diary to ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction
• Entering new stock products onto internal systems
• Answering calls and directing them appropriately
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement using our 2-Second Lean methodology
• Proactively building and maintaining strong working relationships with the wider team
• Attending weekly company and team meetings
• Attending the office for training and development when required
Key Performance Indicators
• Accurate and timely order entry
• Prompt response to calls, emails, and chat enquiries
• Maintaining professional, friendly relationships with customers and colleagues

About You
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM and order-processing experience preferred
• Motivated, trustworthy, and committed to personal development
